This right applies when the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract and such processing is carried out by automated means.
  7. Right to object: This right allows you to object to the processing of your personal data, including for the purpose of creating profiles. We will not be able to comply with your right only when we need to process your data in order to prove legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.

  9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – AEPD), which can be contacted at http://www.agpd.es.

You may exercise your rights by sending us an email to protecciondatos@epi.es / protecciondatos.cuponisimo@epi.es, attaching a document proving your identity and providing the necessary details to process your request.
